1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible.
3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Refund processing may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
